The staff at Highland Conference Center are great. I love having our events there. I never have to worry about the details. They take care of everything for us.
As always, the staff at the Highland Conference Center was superb. Every part of the event from planning, setting up, the food, the service, the cleanup....was perfect. I can’t imagine wanting to have an event anywhere else in Mitchell! Jill is always very easy to work with. She is upfront and informative. She has never said NO to any of our requests.
Everything was fantastic, Jill was a pleasure to work with, the staff that served the meal was very accommodating and we got several compliments on the meal. Overall an excellent experience. We WILL be looking to host more events there!
Everyone was so AWESOME at the Highland. I always had questions answered right away. When we were able to decorate for the wedding reception, staff was there to help with anything they could. The meal (Chicken wrapped in bacon and stuffed with ham & cheese, honey glazed carrots, loaded mashed potatoes) was so delicious! I got many compliments about how great the food was. I highly recommend booking your wedding reception at the Highland Conference Center. You will not be disappointed!!
As usual, you are all great. We're lucky to have a top notch place in Mitchell. It is a great place to show our staff and organization off! I had a big request on the day of the event which I'm sure took time away from their normal duties they had to do. I heard no complaints or excuses, not even a hesitation, from any of the staff. That is reflective of Jill and her leadership.
The location, service and food was excellent! You are a great asset to Mitchell. We have had our company Christmas Party there for the last two years now, and the employees seem to like it and enjoy themselves. I'm glad we made the move from other venues in town.
We had so many compliments on the convention held at the Highland - everyone did an amazing job.

We were happy to work with your staff last week. They were very attentive and eager to help when asked. They were also very accommodating when we had an issue with our numbers for the lunch. They did what they could to help and were gracious about it. We appreciated that. Deb and Susan went the extra mile to set out our cupcakes and even printed labels for us. They were fantastic!
